To restore your lotion, simply place the bottle at room temperature or in slightly warm (not hot) water for a few minutes to allow it to defrost gently. Avoid direct heat or very hot water, as this can disturb the formulation’s stability. Once it’s back to normal, give it a gentle shake and you’re all set. Your lotion is still completely safe, effective, and ready to keep your skin moisturised and beautifully fragranced.
