How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order from your account page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

You can update your shipping address only before the order is shipped. Reach out to us right away for support.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing the order. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.

Haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
