We set our system of living on rules and regulations described by our societies. We are forced to lose our individuality to live up to the expectation of our near and dear ones. But these are the threads, we need to break!
 
We are not born with an aim in our life. Neither we nor others are born with an instinct to applaud the talents hidden within us. We do not know what our life longs for, to cherish its meaning. We follow the course of life as it comes until we meet the treasures within us. Even after the talent and that call from inside, is it difficult to plan your dream?
 
Everyone has motivations and their passions that create wonders. One such passion is Music. It is peace, healing. Ashutosh Upadhyay who is a Songwriter, Singer and Record Producer and now the founder of Purplehed Records. His idea behind establishing the record label is to explore modern music and dance art forms with the aim of inspiring people. This young lad was not just passionate about his singing career but also showed deep respect to all those talented people who just need to realize their potential and their passion. With all the hope to instill some spark into their lives, he along with his brother Anurag Upadhyay, an alumnus of NIT Warangal formed Purplehed.
 
Purplehed is an independent record label based in Mumbai which became operational in 2014. Aiming to produce music for a worldwide audience by exploring contemporary music and dance art forms. Purplehed has already launched Burn Like The Sun inspired by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Feel The Passion.
 

When you’re on the path or struggling to find one with your inner strength, you get a lot of inspiration and motivation from the music, as created by Purplehed. Music gives a soul to universe and wings to our minds. Contemporary dance brings out the inner you. When the words fall apart, music and dance speak. Wake up, break those obstacles and set your feet on those beats.
